With Nordea First Card integration, it is possible to automatically transfer receipts of Nordea First Card credit card transactions to Bezala.

Send the contract form to Nordea

Start the integration process by filling out this form: MFCL023PL_tiedostonvälitys_en.pdf

In the Additional information field of the form, fill in the ID numbers of the First Card users.

After filling the form, send it by letter to the following address:

Nordea Bank Oyj
2229 First Card Asiakaspalvelu, VC341
Tunnus 5001230-2229
00006 VASTAUSLÄHETYS

Postage for the letter has already been paid.

Swedish Nordea clients can send the English form filled in to: [email protected].

Activate the integration in Bezala

After you have received the integration credentials from Nordea, activate the integration in the browser version of Bezala (app.bezala.com). The integration can be activated by a person who has the manager user role in Bezala. Also, make sure the Chart of accounts in Bezala contains a credit card payment type.

In Bezala, navigate to the Integrations section and select the Credit Card Companies tab. In the First Card section, set the toggle icon on. Click the gear icon next to the selection switch and fill in the necessary information in the form that opens:

• Login: User ID provided by Nordea

• Password: Password provided by Nordea

• API domain name: www.firstcard.fi

• Impcountry param: For a Finnish company use value FIF

• Use external_id to connect credit cards to Bezala users: Mark selected

• Enable travel account feature: Mark the desired option

Finally, navigate to the Company page in Bezala and in the Customization section, choose whether you want Bezala to remind you of missing credit card receipts on a daily or weekly basis (on Mondays).
