Do you have a lot of business credit cards and feel that it is difficult to keep track of all transactions? No problem, with a credit card integration in Bezala it becomes easier to see the whole picture and track which receipts are still missing.

  • The user can see which receipts are missing in the mobile application and receive reminders about them by email (depending on your company's settings).

  • The bookkeeper sees all credit card transactions in the company and which receipts are missing.

  • Combined with the Receipthero integration, email receipts are sent directly to Bezala.

  • Currency conversions are calculated according to the date of purchase:

    • The integration uses the exchange rate conversion according to the date of purchase, i.e. the actual date of the credit card transaction. See specific card for more accurate transaction dates (click on name down below).

Note that without a credit card integration, the date of the exchange rate conversion will be according to the date that the user enters the expense form and receipt in Bezala.

Exchange rate conversions in Bezala:

In the following order of priority, Bezala uses the following references for exchange rate conversions:

  1. The credit card company's exchange rate

  2. ECB: s exchange rate

  3. If the currency is not available at the ECB, we will use the Google Finance exchange rate.

Adding a credit card holder in an already active credit card integration:

List of things to do for the new credit card holder:

  • Make sure that the new credit card holder has an active Bezala user account.

  • Apply for the credit card with the credit card company.

    • Inform the company of the same email as the employee uses in Bezala login.

    • Make sure that Bezala-integration is activated in the credit card application. See more specifics by clicking the correct credit card company name above.

    • The following information will automatically be sent to Bezala from the credit card company:

      • Card number

      • Cardholder name

      • External id (if needed, e.g. Eurocard)

      • Refundable:

        • YES: user pays own credit card bill and gets reimbursed by your company

        • NO: credit card bill is paid directly by your company and person needs only to declare receipts in Bezala.

  • Make sure that the balancing account for employee credit card purchases is set up for the new employee in Bezala.

    • YES refundable: account should be "Paid in cash"

    • NO refundable: account according to company policy, e.g. credit card or credit card [employee name].
