How to start the onboarding process:

There are two ways to start the onboarding process, depending on whether you already are a Bezala customer or not.

Already a Bezala customer?

A person with a manager and/or bookkeeper role in the company’s Bezala environment can start the onboarding process in the web version, but we will still need the name and email of the “Legal representative” in the application*.

Here’s how you do the application:

  1. Login to the Bezala web version and click “Company cards” in the main menu.

  2. Click on “Apply for Bezala cards”-button in the lower right-hand corner.

  3. Fill in application accurately:

    • In the account type, you can choose between prefund and credit Bezala cards. There are different minimum requirements for credit and prefund cards. See above.

    • Make sure that the address is the address you want physical Bezala Cards to be sent to.

    • The legal representative will be the person going through the KYC-process. *Make sure that the email address for the legal representative is correct, since Bezala will automatically fill in the email address of the person doing the application.

  4. Remember to click “Apply” in the lower right-hand corner to send the application.
