What to do in Bezala when changing accounting company

Integrations

If the Netvisor or Procountor integration is done using the accounting firm's user credentials and their rights are removed from the accounting side, the Bezala connection must be renewed. Instructions for this can be found for Netvisor here and Procountor here

For other integrations, changes are usually not necessary.

Access rights for new accountants

You can check if the accounting firm users have rights to the company environment from the Users menu. If you wish, you can revoke the rights of former accounting firm users by removing them from Bezala by clicking the trash can icon next to their user. Before removing, it is recommended to check that these users are not in any approval cycles.

You can manually add new accounting firm users to Bezala in the same way as other users. You can read detailed instructions here

Contact Information

Ensure that the contact information in the company settings (Accountant's email address, billing contact person, contact person in case of errors) is up to date.
