Connecting Bezala and Netvisor first time
Option 1: Netvisor Store
Start using Bezala from Netvisor store from Extensions section).
Activating Bezala integration via Netvisor Store it also creates Bezala company account. If you already have an account or you can not for some other reason activate the integration via Netvisor Store this is how you can activate the integration:
Option 2: Activating integration via API identifier:
Hover your mouse over your company's name in Netvisor:
Find the link "API and identifiers" from the dropdown
On the next page, click on the button "Create new identifier for connecting external software"
A small pop up window appears with a serial number titled "Identifier". Copy this serial number, paste it into the "Connection identifier" field:
Login to Bezala web version
Click the main menu icon ==> "Company Settings" ==> "Basic settings" tab ==> "Reimbursement & Accounting" tab
In the Netvisor Authentication box click "Save" after you filled in the information in the "Connection identifier".
Voucher type
In Bezala the voucher type as a default is set to "Muut" and this can be changed in Company settings > Basic settings > Reimbursement & Accounting > Netvisor Authentication > Change credentials. On the voucher type list you can choose which voucher type is used for Bezala expenses in Netvisor. Check also that the voucher type selected in Bezala is found in Netvisor.
Rights of interface resources
On the "API resource access rights" in Netvisor give the Bezala integration access rights to resources named "payment", "accounting" and "dimensionlist".
Cost centers
Cost centers can be fetched from Netvisor to Bezala by pressing the button "Fetch data" on the "Cost centers" page in Bezala's web version.
Updating expired Netvisor API-credentials
Go to Netvisor and create new credentials (API identifiers->Create new API identifier)
Login to Bezala web version
Click the main menu icon ==> "Company Settings" ==> "Basic settings" tab ==> "Reimbursement & Accounting" tab
Click "Change credentials"-button in the Netvisor Authentication box
Fill in Netvisor User Id and Netvisor User Secret you created earlier in Netvisor (see step 1 of this instruction).
Save changes from "Update button"
