How to send expenses from Bezala to your accountant's email

When setting up a new environment in Bezala, choose "Spreadsheet" as the accounting software. Default method of sending the bookkeeping file will be via email, but it can be sent to a SFTP-server or Azure Blob.

Specify the expense batch recipient/s in the "Your bookkeepers email" field on the "Company" page in Bezala's web version if you wish to receive the file via email.

When the batch is sent from Bezala (by schedule or manually), it will be delivered to the email addresses specified in the aforementioned field both as Excel and PDF files. The file will also be sent to SFTP or Azure Blob if those have been setup.

The default file format is CSV and below is an example of what the batch file will include. If you'd like to customize the format of these Excel files, please contact Bezala support at [email protected].
