Click the Company settings link in the main menu of the Bezala web version and then select the Basic settings tab. In this view, you can edit your company's information & settings.

Bookkeepers will receive links to accounting and payment files when the accounting batches are sent

how often reminders are sent to users for missing credit card receipts (requires an active credit card integration)
should your organization’s VAT field be displayed on the receipt forms in Bezala
option to add custom VAT percentages for your company
should your organization in Bezala display VAT code dropdown menus for users with the Accountant role
should the mileage and per diem forms be visible in your organization's Bezala
you can also define the accounts for mileages and daily allowances (accounts can be added on the Chart of Accounts tab)
users with the beta role can also change the reimbursement categories on this page, which affects how much mileage reimbursements and daily allowances are paid

Approval
We recommend that you set up an approval process for your expenses. The approvers will be reminded daily if they have expenses to approve, and the approval can be done in the mobile or web app. You can add approvers behind users and cost centers. In addition to that you can add company level approvers that either approve before or after all other approvers. reimbursement settings: company IBAN account number (from which reimbursements are paid) and the accounting account for reimbursements
