The user can edit their own settings through their profile. In Bezala's browser version, you can access your profile page either via the main menu or the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Your details:
Name: This field is free text, so it doesn't matter whether the last or first name comes first. Email: This is the email you will use when logging into Bezala. Instructions for changing your email can be found here.
Vacation settings:
If you are an approver and want to redirect travel and expense reports requiring your approval to another user during your absence, you can use the stand-in approver function. For more detailed instructions, click here.
Preferences:
Uncheck the "Allow for email reminders to be sent to you" if you do not want to receive automatic messages from Bezala.
Bookkeeping and Cost center defaults:
You can define your default payment method, purchase type or cost center. If the desired payment method, expense category, or cost center is not shown in the dropdown menus, please contact your Bezala administrator.
Information for reimbursement payments:
IBAN and BIC are needed only if you have reimbursable expenses in Bezala. You can manage your payment information here in your profile. Bezala supports only bank accounts that are in IBAN format. Your social security number is required for Finnish Income Register reporting.
If you use the reward form, enter your tax card and tax rate in Bezala. Otherwise, a withholding tax rate of 60% will be applied to the reward payment.
Integrations:
With ReceiptHero integration, e-receipts can be fetched to Bezala. The ReceiptHero feature requires the Bezala credit card integration to function. Instructions for opening the integration can be found here.
Forwarding receipts from email:
If you receive receipts in your email, you can forward them directly to Bezala's forwarding address. For more information on this feature, click here.
