When should I use a self-sign-up link and where can I get it?

If you are not an employee of the organization, you should use the self-sign-up link to report your expenses in Bezala. The self-sign-up link is specific for every organization. It can be found on the webpage of your organization or you can contact the payroll team of your organization.

How do I log in?

Once you have the self-sing-up link it is easiest to log in with Google or Microsoft. You can also create a specific username and password by filling in the form. If you do that, you will need to confirm your email by clicking on the link Bezala sends you. You can always log in with the same self-sign-up link or by using our mobile application. If you use the application, you will need to download it from Google play or the App store.

Bezala needs your basic information to work

We need your first and last name, your account number in the IBAN format and your personal ID number. Bezala uses this information to make your payments and to report it to the Tax Office and/or Income register.

General instructions in Bezala

When you log in, the general instructions of Bezala are found on the right-hand side. The home menu of Bezala can be found in the upper-left-hand corner. Create a new expense by clicking the “New Expense” button in the upper-right-hand corner. Fill in the survey of the new expense as specifically as possible to make the bookkeeping as easy as possible. When you click on the empty box to the right of the survey you can attach an attachment (e.g. a picture of a receipt). Bezala will send a pay slip to you by email. You can also find the pay slip document by first clicking the home menu and then clicking bookkeeping documents.
