By accessing the "Email rules" view in the web version you can create new filters and rules that will allow Bezala to pre-fill the information for you when you forward receipts by email to Bezala.
Name of the rule: choose a name for your filter
if the email contains the following text: condition for the rule to activate
text in this context means email body (no attachment)
... then set the following description: text that will be shown in the description field on the receipt form
Account chart settings: purchase type, payment method, VAT and cost center
User: shown only to users with Manager role
When you create a new rule, this rule is activated only for your Bezala account. Manager can also add rules that are active for all users by leaving Users column empty.
