1. How to View Your PIN
You can view your card PIN directly in the Bezala mobile app:
Go to Wallet, by clicking the card icon in the upper right-hand corner. If you have not visited Wallet-section before, it will ask you to set up the biometric login. Follow the instructions on your phone.
Select your physical card (blue or black) in Wallet.
Click on the "View PIN"-button under card details.
Note that PIN cannot be changed
2. Incorrectly entered PIN
If you have entered PIN incorrectly three times, to reset your PIN attempt count go to an ATM and make a Chip and PIN transaction e.g. cash withdrawal (which will not be complete).
3. Additional Wallet Features
From Bezala Wallet, you can also:
View full card number, expiry date, and CVV
Copy card details for online purchases by clicking square symbol next to detail you want to copy.
With copied details you can add card to Apple Pay or Google Pay
Lock/unlock your card
Check spending limits for card

Can I change my PIN?
PIN cannot be changed.
Do I need a PIN for contactless payments?
Small contactless payments typically don't require a PIN. Larger amounts may require PIN entry.
I forgot my PIN - what do I do?
Simply open Bezala Wallet, select your physical card and tap "Show PIN" - you can access it securely anytime.
Is viewing my PIN secure?
Yes. PIN viewing requires biometric authentication or passcode. The PIN is displayed temporarily.
