If you're applying for a reward that is tax deductible, add your tax card first to Bezala.
How to add tax card to Bezala
Log into Bezala's web application
Open your profile view from the main menu
Choose "Upload tax card" button
Type in the tax percentage. Note! If your tax percentage is less than 1%, enter it in decimal form. For example, 0.5% --> 0.005
Save
If the user hasn’t uploaded their tax card into Bezala, the withholding will be 60% of the reward.
How to add reward in web app
Go to "New expense" and choose "Reward"
Fill in description, choose reward type, date and amount. If the reward amount is fixed amount can not be edited.
Add attachments if they are needed
Click submit to send the reward application to approver
How to add reward in mobile app
Click on the + -button and choose "Add reward"
Fill in description, choose reward type, date and amount. If the reward amount is fixed amount can not be edited.
If attachments are needed save the reward form as draft and then add the attachments from Bezala's web app.
Click submit to send the reward application to approver
