Bezala generates XML files which can be imported manually or via SFTP to EmCe. Credit card receipts are added as vouchers and reimbursable expenses as purchase invoices.

You can contact us by sending a message to: [email protected]. Also mention in the message that you are using EmCe.
Editing cost centers
Define which cost centers are added to Bezala. After this, it must be decided whether all users should see all cost centers. When you add cost centers to Bezala, you can define who can see the cost center (resources) and approvers.
Editing the chart of accounts
Bezala has default chart of accounts. You can easily add, edit or delete accounts in the chart of accounts. You can also set accounts to be visible only to certain users (resources). The account can be named freely, but the account number should correspond to the accounting.
