You can edit the approval cycles saved for each user if you have the role/s Manager and/or Accountant in Bezala.

To edit the approval cycle behind the user, please access the page "Users" in Bezala's web version and press the "Edit" button next to the user's name.

Please note that changes made to the approval cycles will only take effect for new expenses created after the approval cycle has been edited. The cycles of expenses that have already been created can be modified through the gear icon.

On this edit page you can see the header "Approvers" - underneath it is the approval cycle saved for this user.

After you've made the necessary edits to this cycle, please press the "Save" button on this same page.

If this new cycle should be implemented for transactions which have already been created, the cycle should be saved behind each of these transactions separately. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Open the transaction form by clicking on its description from the transaction list (the form opens up in the middle of the screen)

  2. Click on the cog icon in the upper right corner of the form and choose "Change approval cycle"

3. Press on the button "+ add approver" to specify the new approval cycle. When the cycle is complete, please press the "Save" button in the same pop-up window.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 for each transaction that needs to have this new approval cycle.
