Logging in

You can login via SSO, using your company credentials by pressing Google, Microsoft or Okta buttons on the login page, depending on which service your company is using. If your company uses Google or Microsoft SSO, password reset emails are not sent - use SSO login instead.

Password Reset

Users can reset their password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page link or here: https://app.bezala.com/password/new. This can also fix common errors when attempting to login. Reset links are valid for 2 weeks.

Write your email address (which you use when logging in) in the field and press "Reset password". You'll be sent a password creation link via email as long as your user has been created in the system.

For people not using SSO-login, the password requirement is that the password is at least 8 characters long.

Password Reset Not Received?

Check your spam/junk folder. Verify you entered the correct email. If company uses SSO, password reset doesn't apply.

Common Error Messages

"Invalid email or password" - Password incorrect or account doesn't exist. Try password reset. Password needs to be at least 8 characters.

If you receive an error stating "Your user has not been accepted to company: X", we advise to contact your superior or other company contact person handling Bezala matters. They should be able to approve your user to the specific company.

If you see the error message "password token has expired" on the login page when trying to access Bezala for the first time, it means your first Bezala invite has expired. To request a new one please contact your organization's Bezala main user.

If you have other errors when attempting to log in, please contact our support and if there is an error message when logging in, please include that in your message.

Browser Cache Issues

If login issues persist, clear browser cache:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac), select "Cached images and files", click Clear data.

  • Safari: Safari menu > Clear History.

  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select Cache.

  • Close and reopen browser after clearing.

Device-Specific Issues

Can log in on one device but not another? Usually caused by cached data. Clear cache and cookies on the problematic device. Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with the latest updates.

Microsoft SSO Issues

Microsoft login matches email domain with company settings. If your Microsoft account email differs from Bezala email, login may fail. Contact admin to verify email registration and domain settings.
