Why aren't my credit card receipts connecting to bill lines?

Please check the following:

  • the credit card bill is under your name in Bezala

  • payment method selected on the receipts is the same as the bill's payment method (e.g. "Jack's credit card") in Bezala

  • the receipt's date is between -1 week and +4 weeks of the date that's shown on the bill line

If the currency of the "Original amount" on the credit card bill differs from the currency on the receipt in Bezala, automatic linking of the receipt and bill line is not possible. In this case, please link the receipt manually to the bill line by following this path: Card Bills > select the bill > find the bill line to which the receipt belongs and select the receipt from the "No receipt connected" dropdown menu.
