1. Introduction
This article is about how to get your time and attendance data out of Bezala. Read more about initial settings for time & attendance-settings here. If you at least have a manager role in Bezala, you can create time & attendance reports from your company's work time groups' time entry and absence data. You can also download spreadsheet for project time and absences.
All of these things happen in the Time & Attendance section in the main menu.
2. Spreadsheet from Project time-tab / Absences-tab
For project time and absences there is already an available way to get an excel from Bezala.
Click "Time & Attendance" in main menu
Depending on if you want project time or absences spreadsheet click on the following:
Project time-tab:
The default setting only shows your own entries, to see all entries click x in the User filter.
Absences-tab:
The default setting only shows your own entries, to see all entries click x in the Employee filter.
You can filter data according to:
Employee (i.e. user):
You can either choose 1 name
Or choose all by leaving field empty
Date range
State: this filter allows you to filter for absences that are approved, rejected, pending approval or pending my approval.
Absence type: e.g. Sick leave, Vacation or Maternity leave.
Once you filtered according to your preferences, you will only see absences that apply to your filter settings.
Click "Donwload spreadsheet" in the lower left-hand corner and you will get a spreadsheet that only shows the data that obeys the filters you set in step 2a or 2b of this guide.
3. Reports-tab
In this tab of the Time & Attendance-section in the main menu, you can create reports for different work time groups for a defined date range.
Select the work time group and the date range.
Click grey button "Generate report preview"
Click green button "Generate report"
This will create 4 reports for the selected work time group and date range:
Summary for all users in work time group during selected date range. This is the most comprehensive report.
Work time (this will show hours for both work time and project time according to the user's time entries). To actually see time entries for a specific project, you need to download spreadsheet from project time-tab (see above 2.2a).

4. User summaries-report
These columns are shown in this report:
Name of column | Explanation |
Person Name | i.e. user name |
Person Number | Person's external ID for e.g. HR-system |
Expected Work Time | Time the person is expected to work for the date range selected for the report |
True Hours | Hours the person actually worked |

Flex saldo | Is the user on + or - balance? Here it is how it is calculated: Expected work time - True hours |
Vacation saldo at end of period | The amount of vacation days unused at end of date range. |
Comp.time saldo at end of period | Some companies have comp time. This column shows what that saldo is at end of date range for the user in the row. |
