What Is a Travel Account?
A travel account is a centralized corporate payment method for travel-related expenses like flights, hotels, and transportation. Unlike regular credit cards, a travel account uses a single shared account number used by multiple employees through travel management companies or booking systems.
How Travel Account Transactions Appear in Bezala
Transactions are imported from your card company (AirPlus (previously Eurocard) or Nordea First Card) and appear grouped by user and month. The system identifies users first by employee external ID, then by name (case-insensitive, order-insensitive).
Travel Account vs Regular Credit Card: Travel accounts use shared company accounts with name-based identification, typically for travel bookings and usually non-reimbursable. Regular credit cards are individual employee cards identified by card number.
Availability: AirPlus (previously Eurocard) and Nordea First Card support travel accounts. The feature must be enabled by your administrator.
Troubleshooting: If transactions aren't appearing, verify the feature is enabled, check name matching, and allow 1-3 days for import.
