With budgets, you can approve expenses in advance, follow the progress, and maintain tighter spending discipline.

Possible uses of budgets

You can take advantage of budgets for any purchase in Bezala. The only requirement is that the purchase type matches the expense in Bezala. Budgets are most useful when the total price can be influenced by the employee himself while purchasing. Such are e.g. travel, marketing, and office supplies.

Creating a new budget

  1. Log in to the browser version of Bezala.

  2. Open Budgets from the "Manage Budgets" section.

  3. Open "Add new budget"

  4. Fill in the columns in the view.

Approval of the budget

When the user has saved the budget the approval request will be sent to the email of the approver of the user.

Budget follow up

After the approval all the expenses that have:

1) date that is inside the selected time frame and

2) purchase type that is mentioned in the budget,
will be automatically connected to the budget.

The actual budget can be followed up in the Used Amount column. You can identify the expenses associated with your budget with a green double-headed arrow on the front page.
