Why haven't my credit card receipts been connected to bill lines?

If credit card receipts aren't automatically connected to credit card bill lines, it must be ensured that the required information is present in the company settings and on the receipt forms.

What the end user can check:

  • The correct payment method has been selected on the receipt form

  • The date entered on the receipt form is between -1 week and +4 weeks relative to the date on the credit card bill line

  • The amount entered on the receipt form matches the amount on the credit card bill line

What the admin user can check:

  • The credit card bill has the user’s name on the "Card Bills" page in Bezala -> if not, contact Bezala support ([email protected])

How can I manually connect a receipt to a credit card bill line?

You can connect the receipt manually to the bill line by following this path: Card Bills > select the bill > find the bill line to which the receipt belongs > select the receipt from the "No receipt connected" dropdown menu.

What if there are currency amount differences between the receipt and credit card bill line?

If the currency of the "Original amount" on the credit card bill differs from the currency on the receipt in Bezala, automatic linking of the receipt and bill line is not possible. In this case, the receipt must be manually connected to the credit card bill line.
