How to set up your Bezala Wallet:

  1. Click on the link in the Pliant email invite (if invite link is outdated, ask your company card issuer to resend invite). Set up Pliant user account and confirm your phone number by entering the code you will receive by text.

  2. Go to Bezala's mobile app.

  3. Click on card icon in the upper right-hand corner. This is the Bezala Wallet.

    1. Set up biometric login for Bezala Wallet. Follow instructions on your phone.

  4. Click on correct card, if you have several cards. Here you can see the card details:

    1. See PIN code (marked with blue in picture). Only the physical card has a pincode and you cannot change the code.

    2. Lock/Unlock card (marked with green in picture). The card in the picture is unlocked. No transactions can be made with a locked card.

    3. Available limit, i.e. money left to use on card (marked with red in picture)

    4. Transaction limit, i.e. maximum amount you can use for one transaction (marked with orange in picture).

    5. card number/exp/cvv. You can copy the card information from Bezala Wallet by clicking the square button next to number/exp/cvv (marked with yellow in picture).

  5. Pay with card: Add virtual/physical Bezala Card to Google Wallet/Apple Pay.
